The wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the 72nd Anniversary of National Independence Day 9th November
Preah Sihanouk Province : On Sunday, 9th November 2025, Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, and Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representatives of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) and PAS Working Group, attended the wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the 72nd Anniversary of National Independence Day 9th November and the Anniversary of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) Establishment of Year 2025, and this ceremony occurred at the Independence Monument in Preah Sihanouk province, presided over by His Excellency Vong Phanath, Chairman of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Council, and His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, and attended by many departments and entities in Preah Sihanouk province as well
