Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 9 AM on Monday, 28th September 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Professor Bundit Sapheacha SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), presided over a lecture presentation regarding "Global Economic Trends affecting Cambodia : U.S. Post-International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), China Shock 2.0, and Cambodia's Risk of Premature De-industralization" which was attended by Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, and Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, Representatives of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, along with PAS Management, Officials of Secretariat of Trade Policy Advisory Board, Officials of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, Officials of Sihanoukville International Port Customs and Excise Branch, Immigration Police of Sihanoukville International Port Branch, Officials of Relevant Entities/Units, and PAS Working Group
