A ceremony to award medals to border guards and people fleeing war in the territory of Battambang province.
Battambang Province : On Sunday, 14th December 2025, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), led the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port Delegation to accompany His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport, Representative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, the President of Senate, and Samdech Kittipritbandit BUN RANY HUN SEN, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, the Prime Minister, and Her Excellency Dr. PICH CHANMONY, to provide presents to Battambang Provincial Administration, represented by His Excellency Sok Lou, Governor of Battambang Provincial Municipality, to distribute to the heroic soldiers of border protection and the war-displaced people in the territory of Battambang province
