Exploring the Southern California Foreign Trade Zone
At 9:30 AM on Tuesday, 21st July 2026, at the venue of Southern California Foreign Trade Zone: His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), H.E Bundith Sapheacha Phan Phalla, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance and a member of PAS’s Board Directors, H.E Kim Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State, Ministry of Commerce and a member of PAS’s Board Directors, Members of PAS’s Board of Directors, State Controller, PAS Management, accompanied by H.E Kim Chha Huot, Honorary Consul General, President of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce Representative Office in California, have visited the Southern California Foreign Trade Zone aiming to learn about the Operation of Free Trade Zone, Customs and Duty Advantages, Cargo Handling, Warehousing, Valued-Add Logistics, and Opportunities relevant to PAS and Cambodia Trade Development
