A ceremony of dialogue exchanging with and food providing to mentally-disabled and autism students
Kandal Province : At 9 AM on Wednesday, 17th June 2026, at Takmao Special Education High School located in Prek Samrong Village, Takmao Commune, Takmao City, Kandal Province, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and Her Excellency Chrea Pov Lou Kim Chhun, presided over the ceremony of dialogue exchanging with and food providing to mentally-disabled and autism students at Takmao Special Education High School, and granted 2 academic buildings (3 floors), equivalent to 36 rooms, which are the precious gifts from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, the Acting Head of State and the President of Senate, and Samdech Kittipritbandit BUN RANY HUN SEN, as well as Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, the Prime Minister, and Her Excellency Dr. PICH CHANMONY. Takmao Special Education High School, under management and leadership of Mr. Chan Saren, Principal of Takmao Special Education High School, has mentally-disabled and autism students in total of 350 persons (77 females) and teachers in total of 108 persons (58 females). The total number of teachers and disabled students is 458 persons
