Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, at the venue of PAS meeting room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of the China-ASEAN Center, led by His Excellency Shi Zhongjun, General-Secretary of the China-ASEAN Center of the People's Republic of China, in purpose to learn about PAS’s potentials, operations, progress and developments
