A courtesy call to and attend a discussion meeting with Her Excellency KUNIMITSU Ayano, State Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan
Tokyo City : At 10:50 AM on Monday, 16th March 2026, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), and Chairman of PAS Board of Directors in its 9th Mandate, and His Excellency Long Dimanche, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, Representative of His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, led Members of PAS Board of Directors and PAS Management to pay a courtesy call to and attend a discussion meeting with Her Excellency KUNIMITSU Ayano, State Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, regarding PAS's current situation and port development. Taking this special occasion, His Excellency Chairman of Delegation, would like to express our sincere appreciation and deep thank through the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Japan to the people and Government of Japan for constantly support and assistance of Sihanoukville Port development in both hardware and software since 1996 (This year is the 30th Anniversary of JICA Official Development Assistant to PAS)
