Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 3 PM on Thursday, 12th March 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of Embassy of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, led by His Excellency Mr. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, in purpose to learn about PAS's progress, prosperity and developments, and especially to learn about PAS's role as the deep seaport gateway in promoting trade between Cambodia and Indiaax
