Held a discussion meeting with Regional Container Lines (RCL) Company
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 11 AM on Thursday, 12th March 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, held a discussion meeting with Regional Container Lines (RCL) Company, led by Mr. Frederick Mark Towle, General Manager (Regional Head for SE Asia 2) of Regional Container Lines (RCL) Company, regarding PAS’s potentials, operations, progress and developments, and especially, Regional Container Lines (RCL) Company specified on a study to bring large vessels to dock at PAS after PAS officially launches the New Container Terminal-Phase 1 (NCT-1) for operation commencement at the beginning of 2027
