Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : On Thursday, 12th February 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with Mr. Oknha. Tan Tat, President of Preah Sihanouk Chamber of Commerce, Member of Cambodian Oknha Association, and President of Teng Lay Import and Export and Transport, regarding business cooperation in the transport sector. Mr. Oknha. Tan Tat, delivered a wish to His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port for the upcoming Chinese-Vietnamese New Year
