Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 9 AM on Thursday, 15th January 2026, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a management delegation visit of Electricity of Cambodia (EDC), led by His Excellency Ph.D. Praing Chulasa, Royal Government of Cambodia Delegate in charge as Managing Director of Electricity of Cambodia (EDC), in purpose to discuss about present and future demand in electricity usage, and inspect area for electricity sub-station installation nearby Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
