A courtesy call and discussion meeting with the delegates of Infrastructures Management Division of JICA Headquarter
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS): A10:00AM, 19th November 2025, at the venue of meeting room of PAS, H.E Lou Kimchhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in Charges as Chairman & CEO of PAS, and Port Management, welcomed a courtesy call and discussion meeting with the delegates of Infrastructures Management Division of JICA Headquarter led by Mr. MANIWA Taizuke. The main purpose of this discussion focusing on the exchange idea on the progress status of the Project for the Development of Mater Plan to Transform the Sihanoukville Port to the Regional Port and Logistics Center, which JICA had already selected the Project Consultants. In addition, JICA is scheduled to dispatch its Technical Expert Team in the middle of January 2026 and the First JCC Meeting is planning to hold at the end of January 2026
