Attended the 13th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK
Preah Sihanouk Province : On Wednesday, 15th October 2025, at the Independence Monument in Preah Sihanouk Province, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), and PAS Management, along with PAS Working Group, attended the 13th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah NORODOM SIHANOUK, Heroic King, Father of Independence, Territorial Integrity and Unity of the Khmer Nation "Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh", presided over by His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality. This ceremony took place at the Independence Monument in Preah Sihanouk Province, with the participation of many departments and entities in Preah Sihanouk Province
