Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 9 AM on Monday, 21st August 2023, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, on behalf of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management welcomed a visit of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Mister and Missus from the Municipality of Province, City and Districts, Councils Committee of Province, City and Districts, Directors and Deputy Directors of Provincial Departments in Kampong Cham Province, consisting of 105 management and members, led by His Excellency Un Chanda, Governor of Kampong Cham Province, in purpose to learn about PAS’s potentials, progress and developments, especially PAS’s contribution to Cambodia`s economic development
