Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 10:30 AM on Satuday, 19th August 2023, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of 25 students of Economic Diplomacy Course of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, President of National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in purpose to learn about PAS’s potentials, progress and developments, especially PAS’s contribution to Cambodia`s economic development
