Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 3 PM on Thursday, 10th August 2023, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port held the 3rd Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting of the Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Port (Phase 3), presided over by H.E Mak Sideth, Director General, General Department of Waterway, Maritime and Port of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical and Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, Representatives of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, Mr. Pha Engveng, Deputy Director-General, General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE), Representative of H.E Kun Nhem, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director-General, General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE), Mr. HIROYUKI Tokito, the Second Secretary of Embassy of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Mr. SASA Kenji, Senior Advisor, Transportation Group, Infrastructure Management Department, JICA Headquarter in Tokyo, and Mr. KOICHI Miyake, Team Leader, JICA Expert for the Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Port (Phase 3)
