At 3 PM on Tuesday, 1st November 2022, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, and Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, supreme representatives of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management Team, held a meeting with JICA Expert Team for discussion meeting on the 2nd field work of the Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Port (Phase 3).
