The signed that Record of Discussions to officially launch a Technical Cooperation Project called “The Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Autonomous Port-Phase3”
At 10 AM, Monday 17th January 2022, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) and Ms. Kamei Haruko, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for Cambodia, signed the Record of Discussions to officially launch a Technical Cooperation Project called “The Project for Capacity Development on Container Terminal Management and Operation in Sihanoukville Autonomous Port-Phase3”. This project period is 4 years and expected to commence in early May 2022. PAS and JICA for Cambodia have expressed optimistically that this Port Capacity Development Project-Phase 3 will contribute to further port development and strengthening the competitiveness of PAS.
