Held a Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and Federation of Associations for SMEs of Cambodia (FASMEC)
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 7:30 AM on Thursday, 17th September 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port held a Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and Federation of Associations for SMEs of Cambodia (FASMEC) on Collaboration in Support for the Development of Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs), presided over by His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality. The MOU was singed by His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and Oknha Te Taingpor, President of the Federation of Associations for SMEs of Cambodia (FASMEC). This MOU Ceremony was attended by Management of Sihanoukville Port Customs and Excise Branch, Immigrant Police of Preah Sihanouk Province International Port, Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, PAS Management, FASMEC Management, Various Relevant Government Officials, and Potential Businessmen in the SMEs sector. This MOU Ceremony consisted of a delivery of presentation regarding Business Situation and Developments of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, Challenges for Business and Logistics of Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and especially a discussion session on the topic of the procedures for Logistic Costs reduction for SMEs in purpose to support and develop a business environment for a prosperity of SMEs, which is a crucial part of Cambodia's economic pillars
