Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Monday, 14th September 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with the Delegation of Japanese Business Association of Cambodia (JBAC), led by Mr. Kazuki Matsukawa, Chair of Customs and Logistics Committee of Japanese Business Association of Cambodia (JBAC), in purpose to exchange views on the current status and future prospects of PAS's container handling operations
