Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2 PM on Friday, 07th August 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of Working Group of the National Committee for Cambodia Coastal Management and Development and Power China Kunming Engineering Cooperation Limited, led by His Excellency Tes Rukhaphal, Advisor of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, in purpose to learn about PAS's potentials, operations, progress and developments
