The 9th General Shareholder Meeting of PAS reported the operation performance in 2025 and business plan for 2026
Preah Sihanouk Province : At 7:30 AM on Thursday, 25th June 2025 at Sokha Beach Resort in Preah Sihanouk Province, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) held the 9th General Shareholder Meeting of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, presided over by His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport, participated by His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman & CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and Chairman of the 9th General Shareholder Meeting, His Excellency Management of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, His Excellency and Misters of all members of PAS's Board of Directors, and State Controller, PAS Management, the potential shareholders (KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd. and Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation), the national and international guests, and PAS's shareholders. This 9th General Shareholder Meeting of PAS reported the operation performance in 2025 and business plan for 2026 and has voted for adopting the dividend distribution to the private shareholders for the 9th time with 605 Riels per share, equivalent to 12% for the fiscal year 2025 and remuneration for PAS's Board of Directors and State Controller for fiscal year 2026
