Welcomed a delegation visit of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JlCA)
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 12:30 PM, on Friday, 01st May 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), led by Ms. MIYAZAKI Katsura, Executive Senior Vice-President of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), accompanied by Mr. SANUI Kazumasa, Chief Representative of JICA Cambodia Office and colleagues, on the occasion of the 140th Anniversary of International Labor Day, May 01 2026, and the 30th Anniversary of Japan’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) for Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (1996-2026). Taking this special occasion, the delegation of JICA has visited the busiest operational performance of Sihanoukvile Autonomous Port and especially, the progress work of the construction of Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal-Phase 1 (NCT-1)
