Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : On Sunday, 12th October 2025, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a delegation visit of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), led by His Excellency Dr. TANAKA Akihiko, President of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), in purpose to learn about PAS's flow of operations, potentials, progress, and developments. On this occasion, His Excellency Dr. TANAKA Akihiko, acknowledged a great achievement of infrastructures that PAS has obtained, especially an effectiveness of PAS's cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), under a wise and brilliant leadership of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, in PAS development. Furthermore, His Excellency Dr. TANAKA Akihiko fully confident that Government of Japan through JICA will continuously support and assistance to fully cooperate to make the Sihanoukville Port operate as a Hub of principal Ports not just for Cambodia, but for the Mekong region and beyon
